Santaromero is a specialty coffee roaster based in Turin, but they sourced Colombian high quality coffee coffee and roast it in Turin. Their approach to coffee begins at the farm, understanding the variables in production that allow them to have a high quality product, and moves through the supply chain to guarantee a roasting process that highlights the quality in the cup.

The idea was to create a Map Journey for showing the different coffee zones in Colombia.
On the back side, two illustrated recipes tell more about two special mixes that a Specialty consumer can do in few simple steps.
Milano-Torino-Medellin mixes Specialty Coffee with Vermouth and Bitter, to make the perfect piedmontese fusion brewing.
Cafè de Olla is quite simpler, for whoever is approaching to the Specialty quality coffee.
